Holy cow... I would never have written this about myself.   I challenge CX leaders every single day to claim their authority. To own their space. To mention results. To be bold and maybe have the feeling they brag a little. To make sure other people understand their leadership, vision and authority.   And then Andre Prins goes and writes THIS about me.   Honestly? I had to read it three times before I could breathe normally again. Every word is true. That is what makes it so powerful.   𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗫 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗫 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.   That has been my conviction for the last 10 years. The reason I built everything I built. The masterclasses, the CX leadership masterminds, the podcast, the books, the community of CX leaders. All of it.   But I never dared to say it this boldly about myself.   Thank you André.
