Most people apply to hundreds of jobs. But what if the right opportunity was just two connections away? 🚀 Every day, people send applications into a black hole and never hear back. The reality is: 💡 Candidates are 10× more likely to land an interview through a referral or connection. This weekend at HackCanada, I had an amazing time working with Vicky Sekhon, Marco Dava and Cemal Enes D. to build Networkify, a platform that transforms professional networks into an interactive visual relationship graph to reveal how people and companies are connected, uncovering the strongest referral path to your dream job. Instead of scrolling through lists of connections, users can explore their network through interactive 2D and 3D graphs, click on specific people to view details like their role and degree of connection, and easily navigate the companies in their network. Networkify also highlights referral paths that might otherwise go unnoticed and can generate tailored AI-powered coffee chat messages to help start meaningful conversations. ⚙️ How we built it: • Next.js + Three.js + React for the frontend and interactive UI • FastAPI + Python for backend processing • Neo4j to model professional relationships as a graph • Gemini API for personalized coffee chat message generation • Auth0 for safe and secure authentication • Google Antigravity IDE Take a look at our project demo created by Marco Dava here: https://lnkd.in/eG2Wk9j9 Devpost: https://lnkd.in/eqs5hTZh GitHub: https://lnkd.in/ePTwteCZ Would love to hear your thoughts! #HackCanada #Hackathon #GraphTech #Networking #Networkify
