I'm happy to share that I have been promoted to Senior Manager in Accenture S&C. This milestone is indeed special - not just as a recognition, but as a reminder of the decision I made in 2019 to switch from banking industry to consulting, within banking transformation. Back then, it did feel an overwhelming new shift, but today, it feels like a place I truly belong to!! I am indeed grateful for having along some incredible leaders around. A big thank you to Balasubramanian Venkatraman Raguraman SN (PSM Certified) for believing in my abilities and guiding throughout. A special thank you to Nikunj Dang for not just bringing me to the team but also for continuing to be a great mentor, helping me shape my career!! A special mention of my beautiful colleagues, counselees & bunch of new talent that together make this team a wonderful place to be a part of!!!
