My experience at Politecnico di Milano has shown me how much an environment can influence motivation, productivity, and personal growth. The academic culture here feels different from what I have experienced before. There is a strong atmosphere of innovation, research, and continuous learning that naturally encourages you to work harder, think bigger, and strive for more. At the same time, I am fortunate to come from a country that also offers many excellent universities and academic environments that continuously inspire and motivate students and researchers. Every institution has its own strengths, and experiencing different research cultures allows us to broaden our perspectives and grow both professionally and personally. As researchers, we often rely not only on knowledge and technical skills but also on motivation.
