Delighted to share our latest article published in The Clinical Neuropsychologist - a review of delusional misidentification syndromes such as Capgras, Fregoli, and Cotard’s following acquired brain injury. Across 34 studies, we explored what the current evidence suggests about their clinical features, neuroanatomical mechanisms, management, and outcomes. We hope this review will support greater clinical recognition, multidisciplinary assessment, and further research into these complex conditions.
