𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 Part 1 took place in September, and Part 2 followed yesterday with our full leadership community of TOMRA Collection Deutschland. Both sessions focused on “𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻” – how we 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 in everyday moments. ✨ Together with Antje Scaglione, Lukas Arenz-Born, Sandra Winter, I presented our concepts, moderated discussions, and supported our leaders as we translated principles into 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 for our teams. 💬 Christoph Bäumer joined as a valued testimonial—sharing insights from his own experience with these workshops and reinforcing his role as a true culture ambassador. His perspectives added depth and authenticity to the conversation. 🙏 𝗔 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 to our leaders for showing up with openness, courage, and curiosity. Why I’m proud of our culture: because it’s 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱. We welcome honest feedback, reward ownership, care for one another, and innovate together.
