I'm thrilled to share that I've successfully completed my studies at the University of Limerick, earning a 2.1 degree in Food Science and Health after four exciting, challenging, and enlightening years. A big shoutout to all my lecturers and classmates who made this journey memorable! In our final year, Sallyann O’Dwyer, John Madigan, and I worked on our project, and I want to express my gratitude to Fabiana Andréa Hoffmann Sardá for her invaluable guidance throughout our FYP thesis.
