One of my favourite parts of working in beauty is helping others build confidence in their knowledge and customer interactions. This week I had the opportunity to help facilitate an interactive skin education session for about 25 team members at MECCA Brands , focused on skin fundamentals, effective skin conversations and best-practice customer experiences. To support the session, I created a custom slide deck and guided the team through practical ways to identify customer needs, navigate ingredient conversations and deliver more meaningful consultations. We also explored product testing techniques and demonstration tips to help bring recommendations to life on the shop floor. Education has always been something I'm passionate about. I love creating engaging learning experiences that give people the tools and confidence to better support their customers. A big thank you to the team for their energy and participation and to my leaders for the opportunity.
