Being a Founder or CEO is hard. It can be a lonely role. Day to day, solving problems, making critical decisions, driving the business forward, it's difficult to step back and assess if you are still on the right path. In a lot of cases there isn't somebody you can turn to for advice or guidance. Those closest to you will always provide positive affirmation and are unlikely to challenge you. That is why so many successful entrepreneurs, leaders and founders find working with a coach so useful. As we hear in our latest episode of the Start-Up Saga from Markus Seibold of MakerVerse, working with a coach held him accountable. He helped Markus step out of the day to day and instead give himself time to think, and time to work on the business, not in the business. As a leadership and team coach herself, Iulia Oprea has seen first hand the benefits for individuals and teams, of working with her. I've also had countless meetings with founders who have worked with coaches at various points in their career, to unlock their own potential, but also that of others around them, elevating them and their businesses. As we dive deeper into the Start-Up Saga, this is an area we feel very passionately about, supporting founders on their journey. Through our resource library, and the insights from the various episodes, we hope we do this. However, if you are a founder, entrepreneur, or CEO of a tech company, and you currently feel stuck. Maybe you are trying to really nail down your product market fit, or develop the sales engine and go to market strategy, reach out and we have coaches in our network who could help. As ever we are thankful to our sponsors, Dragon Coaching House and Alexander Daniels Global.
