At Monash University if we see opportunities to make the world better, if we don’t like something the way it is, or if we see new ways to embrace the future we’re not afraid to go out and #changeit! 2 years ago we decided to take the first steps towards putting right something we feel is fundamentally wrong. Launching our new #MastersofIndigenousBusinessLeadership program is our first step in strengthening fierce leadership amongst Australia’s Indigenous workforce across public, private and community sectors ❤️💛🖤. Working together with #IndigenousChangeMakers from all across the country to develop connection, build leadership capacity and solidify purpose in each other this week has been the most intense, powerful and life-changing experience for all of us. The future requires bold leadership. Leadership that Connects. Leadership that Heals. Leadership that Regenerates.
