Our Eastern Division hit pause on the daily grind and came together for Safety Days, packed with training, teamwork, and a healthy dose of friendly competition. Daniel Thome P.E., Dino Kartofilis, Frederic Masse, and Dennis Triplett kicked off Day One with discussions on safety culture and site conditions, followed by a lively round of Safety Jeopardy. We brushed up on fire extinguisher and forklift safety before stepping into bowling shoes to close out the day. Day Two moved to our shop, where the focus shifted from discussion to action. Groups rotated through hand-on training stations covering forklift operation, manlift use, NCCO drill training, and a load test that stole the show.
