I'm excited to share that Joseph Cosgrove has joined 4U Medical as a Strategic Advisor. As a fellow Rowan University alumnus, Joe has been an outstanding mentor throughout both my undergraduate studies and MBA program at Rowan University. Joe brings deep experience across specialty pharmacy, infusion services, healthcare operations, and scaling patient-centered care organizations. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles across major healthcare platforms, helping build and grow businesses in sectors directly aligned with the work we are doing at 4U Medical. What makes Joe’s perspective especially valuable is his understanding of healthcare from multiple angles: operations, patient access, specialty medication delivery, infusion workflows, payer dynamics, and the operational discipline required to scale high-growth healthcare organizations successfully. As 4U Medical continues modernizing patient intake and operational workflows for infusion centers and outpatient care facilities, Joe’s strategic insight and industry experience will be an important asset to our team.
