This past weekend, NOCAP Sports hosted its' first ever #NIL thought leadership event in Tampa, FL at the Embarc Collective during Women's Final Four centered around the future of female athlete NIL. We couldn't have done this without our sponsor Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC and the leadership of Lynsay Flynt. Workout Anytime is the perfect example of a brand that is going about NIL the right way and we couldn't be more proud to be their partner on all things athletes. Moderated by the amazing Eryn McVerry, we had an incredible speaker lineup of Kristine Bill (COO of Playmaker), Lynsay Flynt (Director of Marketing Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC), Ellen Hyslop (Co-founder of The GIST), Erica Wheeler (WNBA All-Star), Allison Galer (Founder at Disrupt The Game), and our very own Sarah Fuller from NOCAP Sports. We packed the room with sports industry leaders, brand marketers, and local athletes from University of South Florida and University of Tampa, discussing the evolution of NIL in women's sports, the effects of the pending house settlement, and why brands need to be going all in on female athletes. I am so proud of the NOCAP team for bringing this to life, specifically Julie Dolak and Sarah Fuller for all their work in ensuring we knocked our first event out of the park. The future of female athlete NIL is incredibly bright and NOCAP Sports is at the center of it. ๐
