I'm not into personality tests or assessments much.  But the ReFlex training today had some excellent points.  At the beginning the trainer asked each one of us, "What do you do?"  He received answers ranging from, engineering support to process payments to manage people.  We were all wrong.  We, as in all of us, from purchasing to engineering to finance, MADE LANDING GEAR!  Everyone focuses on their own tasks and own goals.  We all at times fail to see the big picture which is produce a high quality product for our customer PERIOD.
