From 1 July, nib will join ACON’s Pride in Diversity program.    To mark this occasion, our rainbow logo is a small but visible signal of support this Pride month.    This is an important step in how our business continues to strengthen support for LGBTQIA+ inclusion, with access to benchmarking, insights and leading practice across Australia.    As part of this, we’ll participate in the Australian Workplace Equality Index to better understand our progress and where we can continue to improve. It also builds on our work in New Zealand with the Rainbow Tick programme already in place.     We see this as ongoing work - continuing to listen, learn and build an inclusive experience for our people, members and communities.
