I hope your week has been as nice as mine!! π· Swimming in the lido π· Yoga π· Conversations with recruiters (Iβm adding Tom Race to my list of lovely recruiters, BTW) π· 350 miles of driving π· Rhubarb and custard ice cream π· Completing some free learning by Anthropic, and signing up to some more π· And a new painting, with a story. So, whatβs the story of the new painting, I hear you ask? Well, Mum and I popped in to Haverfordwest to do some clothes shopping. We happened to walk past a pop up exhibition that was just being set up. We discovered that all of the artwork had been donated by the family of a Pembrokeshire man who had recently passed away whilst living in New York. The family had very kindly donated the artwork to the VC Gallery charity, supporting veterans and community, founded by Barry John MBE with all proceeds going to support their work. I was delighted to be able to take home this gorgeous piece, thatβs already on my wall. What innovative ways could you use your skill or legacy to benefit a charity with a purpose close to your heart?
