Congratulations to North East and North Cumbria NHS and Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust, who won the Valuing Our People Award at the NHS Excellence Awards 🏆 Colleagues were recognised for their Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub, which is supporting 175,000 health and social care staff with rapid, barrier-free access to mental health support. The Hub has improved wellbeing, reduced anxiety and depression, and helped over 90% of staff either remain or return to work. The Hub’s success is driving a long-term, integrated approach, making sure staff feel supported.
