We’re pleased to share that the CVDPREVENT Data & Improvement Tool has now been updated with the latest data up to December 2025. This update includes refreshed figures across our core indicators, providing the most up-to-date insights to support cardiovascular disease prevention. We’ve also released the latest Quarterly Improvement Data Packs to help teams track progress and drive targeted improvements. Looking ahead, work is already underway to explore the development of additional indicators, further strengthening the tool’s ability to support data-driven decision-making.
