🎉 Speaker Announcement 🎉 We're delighted to confirm our final guest speaker for the 'Celebration of the Network' event tomorrow! Join us in Birmingham at 9:30am on Thursday 16th May as we welcome Deputy Chief Strategy & Improvement Officer, Philip Horner from Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust Phil is a qualified Social Worker and Cognitive Therapist, and has worked in the NHS since 2000 in both adult and child mental health teams before moving first into operational management, and then performance & business intelligence. He is currently Deputy Chief Strategy & Improvement Officer with LSCFT, with a focus on performance, strategy and planning. Phil will be discussing 'Building On Benchmarking in Lancashire & South Cumbria'. Here's what you can expect from the session: "Benchmarking has become integral to both our analysis and performance monitoring in Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Trust, and we are keen to share examples of how we have used NHS Benchmarking Network data and to hear how others are using the data to bring deeper insights into performance and strategic decision making. The presentation has an example of how we reviewed our bed capacity, and of how we targeted improvement in admission rates".
