From May 18 to 21, our colleagues Kateryna Shulzhenko, Deputy Financial Director, and Sofiia Postanovska , Junior Grant Manager, participated in the Fundraising NGO Growth Lab Spring School — an intensive four-day program organized by Razom for Ukraine and the Institute of Leadership and Management at UCU. Four packed days at the Ukrainian Catholic University in Lviv, with a program covering: fundraising as a system: from mission and donors to strategy and planning; donor segments and approaches to working with each; developing a fundraising strategy and annual plan; AI in fundraising—practical tools for daily work; organizational positioning and communication with donors. As part of the program, participants also visited the Superhumans Center — an organization that provides prosthetics and rehabilitation for people affected by war. Continuous learning is what makes organizations strong and drives them forward.
