As part of her visit to the United States, Yuliya Sporysh (Dr Yuliya Sporysh), Director of NGO Girls, held a series of meetings in Washington, D.C. with international partners, representatives of the Embassy of Ukraine, and colleagues from Georgetown University. The meetings focused on exploring opportunities for future collaboration, including joint events, partnerships, and the development of new initiatives. At the center of these conversations was a shared commitment to supporting affected communities and strengthening cooperation between Ukrainian civil society and international partners. We are sincerely grateful for the openness, interest, and willingness to engage that we experienced throughout these meetings. It is important for us to see that the work being done in Ukraine resonates with partners internationally and creates a basis for meaningful collaboration. We especially value the interest in continuing joint research and knowledge exchange. There is a potential to work together on documenting practical approaches, sharing lessons learned, and contributing Ukrainian experience to broader global discussions. For our team, these meetings are about building long-term partnerships grounded in trust, shared values, and a common vision. We truly appreciate the opportunity to connect and are looking forward to developing this cooperation further through joint initiatives, research, and continued collaboration.
