Since joining Extensa in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer, Peter has been a key contributor to the development of some of the company's most ambitious real estate and urban development projects. In particular, he was one of the driving forces behind the transformation of Tour & Taxis into a vibrant, mixed-use and sustainable urban district that is now regarded as a benchmark project for urban redevelopment in Belgium. In this context, he played an important role in the renovation of Gare Maritime and the development of the residential Park Lane project. Through his technical expertise, operational leadership and in-depth knowledge of complex developments, Peter has contributed to the further professionalisation of the organisation and the successful delivery of numerous projects over more than a decade. Throughout his time within the Group, important milestones were achieved, including securing the permits for Lake Side at Tour & Taxis and Bel Towers in Brussels. On behalf of the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and all employees, we would like to thank Peter for his years of dedication and valuable contribution to the development of Nextensa. We wish him every success in the next chapter.
