As 2025 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on how far Next-Gen Rocketry has come. What began as a small student-led initiative has grown into a movement, one that’s now inspired and taught over 1,000 young students across New York City about aerospace, physics, and engineering through hands-on rocketry workshops. This year, our team expanded our outreach to new schools and community programs and empowered students to explore the “why” behind flight, not just building rockets, but understanding them. Our mission has always been simple: make aerospace education accessible, exciting, and meaningful. And every workshop, question, and spark of curiosity reminds us why we started. In 2026, we’re aiming higher. We are scaling our reach, introducing new STEM challenges, and continuing to prove that the next generation of engineers is already here.
