We’re looking to add a few good people to our team. Not just anyone… the right people. At Next Chapter Solutions, we help clients declutter, organize, pack, and reset their homes - often during pretty overwhelming seasons of life. Yes, there’s the pretty pantry projects that make for fancy before & after photos, but there’s also downsizing, moves, life transitions and more. Our team is made up of kind, dependable, hard-working women who genuinely care. The kind of people who can walk into a chaotic space and bring a sense of calm to it. This is very part-time, flexible work… our shifts are weekdays only (no evenings, weekends, or holidays,) and some weeks are busier than others. Some projects are light, some are a full team effort. It’s not for everyone… but for the right person, it’s incredibly rewarding. A few things that matter to us: • You’re reliable and communicate well • You’re comfortable in different types of homes and situations • You work well as part of a team • You bring non-judgmental, open-minded compassion to “the table” when presented with others’ challenges.
