2025 TEAM SPOTLIGHT | Erica In 2026, Next Chapter Solutions will be launching a Member of the Month spotlight. BUT FIRST... as we close out 2025, we’re honoring someone who has been an integral part of the NCS story... almost since the beginning. Having joined us in the very early days, Erica holds a special place as our 2025 Team Spotlight: For nearly four years, Erica has brought consistency, thoughtfulness, and heart to the many roles she has filled at NCS... not only in the work she’s done, but in the way she’s shown up for clients, teammates, and the mission behind what we do. Over time, she hasn’t just shone as a leader; she’s helped shape the integration of systems and approaches that make our services so efficient. To boot, she has done this with compassion, patience, and deep respect for our clients, fellow team members, our trifecta of sister companies, and - of course - our clients and their homes. In a recent team interview, Erica shared thoughtful insights about growth, balance, and learning to trust the process. The values NCS stands on come naturally to her, and the perspective she shared reminds us that meaningful work isn’t just about fancy outcomes, but about intention, integrity, and care along the way. Outside of work, Erica shares life with her boyfriend, Mike, and their one-year-old daughter, Rory. In addition to her role with Next Chapter Solutions, she also works as a Document Analyst with the American Arbitration Association. Erica previously worked as a licensed real estate agent — an experience that set the groundwork for her understanding of homes, transitions, and the emotional side of moving. In her free time, Erica enjoys staying active through volleyball, hiking, camping, and all things outdoors. She values family time and work/life balance, and brings that same energy and dedication into everything she does. Erica’s impact is woven into all that NCS is today, and the ripple effect will undoubtedly continue as she pursues her personal journey. Thank you, Erica, for being such an important part of the NCS book that is still only… beginning. 🤍
