Advancing automotive electrification requires innovation across the entire power electronics value chain. To support this, #Nexperia and Semikron Danfoss have signed a MoU to explore a strategic collaboration on SiC power modules for automotive applications. The agreement was signed by Stefan Tilger, Nexperia’s Interim CEO, and Dr. Carsten Götte, SVP Automotive Power Modules at Semikron Danfoss. By combining Nexperia's growing SiC portfolio with Semikron Danfoss' expertise in power module technology, we aim to accelerate the development of high-performance solutions that help improve efficiency, power density and system performance.
