Nexion Runa Grey has been used across the façade and courtyard wall, adding a refined material depth to the home’s earthy and timeless character. Rooted in nostalgia, the home reinterprets verandahs, courtyards, and everyday rituals within a compact urban setting. A central open-to-sky courtyard anchors the design, allowing light, air, and greenery to shape daily life. Natural materials like exposed brick, stone and wood create a tactile palette, while fluid planning connects indoor and outdoor spaces. Each level balances solitude with moments of gathering, fostering both calm and connection. The result is a home that feels intimate, grounded and deeply poetic.
