With a career spanning more than four decades, including Air Force leadership roles, senior command and staff positions across the Bundeswehr, and key assignments within the German Federal Ministry of Defence (BMVg), he brings a rare end-to-end perspective on how defense planning translates into operational capability. Most recently, he served as Head of the Bundeswehr Defence Planning Office and now leads the German Society for Defence Technology.
