We’re excited to welcome Axel Schumann to Neways as Managing Director of Neways Electronics Riesa. With more than two decades of experience in the German Navy and senior leadership roles within the aerospace and defense industry, Axel brings extensive expertise in complex systems, operational leadership and customer focused execution. His appointment comes at an important moment for Neways. As we continue to strengthen our position in defense and other high-complexity markets, Riesa plays a key role in supporting customers with advanced electronics and manufacturing capabilities. Together with the local management team, Axel will focus on further strengthening operational performance, enhancing customer responsiveness and supporting the continued growth of the site.
