#TechTuesday: Bridging the gap between theory and practice 🚀 Last week, Bas Reijnen delivered another guest lecture on behalf of Neways at Technische Universiteit Eindhoven within the High Precision Amplifiers Master’s program of the Department of Electrical Engineering. During the session, Master’s students explored the potential of Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology in industrial electronics and discovered how emerging technologies are translated into real world applications. The lecture combined a theoretical introduction to GaN with an interactive workshop, where students used simulation tools to compare traditional power components with GaN solutions. This provided valuable insights into both the benefits and the design challenges of next generation power electronics. At Neways, we believe it is important to share practical industry knowledge with the engineers of tomorrow.
