NRM Streamcast would like to officially welcome Grind Time with Darren McCarty to our network! Darren McCarty played professional #hockey from 1992 to 2009. Known for his fighting spirit on the ice, McCarty was known as the enforcer of the #DetroitRedWings, a role which lead to winning the #StanleyCup four times in 1997, 1998, 2002, and 2008. Having provided color commentary on a variety of sports networks, Darren McCarty launched his own podcast, Grind Time, in 2018. #GrindTime brings McCarty’s legendary personality to #NRMStreamcast where he discusses various topics with his characteristic “real, honest truth.” There is never a dull moment when Darren puts words to his honest thoughts about #sports, #family, #sobriety, #music, #charity and whatever else is foremost on his mind. With special guests such as prominent #athletes and #inspirational public figures, Darren focuses on the people and stories that inspire us to face life’s challenges head-on while endeavoring to #enrich the lives of others.
