When Katharine Stewart reflects on her 20 years at New Balance, one theme stands out: continuous growth. Since 2006, she’s taken on seven roles, each building toward her current position as Country Manager in South Africa.    “One of the most valuable skills I brought from my previous roles was relationship management – building trust with customers, colleagues and partners,” she said. That foundation continues to shape her leadership today.    As Country Manager, Katharine’s focus goes far beyond results.
