10 years, 5 roles, countless lessons — and one constant: amazing people! I've just crossed my 10th year mark with Singtel Group! When I joined a decade ago, I never imagined I would rotate through so many different roles across Singtel and NCS. Each role came with new challenges, new skills, and new mentors who invested in my growth. I’ve learnt what it means to lead, influence, listen, build, and adapt — often all at once. To every leader who trusted me with new responsibilities, thank you for giving me room to try, stumble, learn, and eventually thrive. Every leader taught me something — sometimes through guidance, sometimes through challenge, and always through trust. To every colleague I’ve had the privilege to work with — near or far, past or present — thank you for being the best part of this journey. Careers are shaped by opportunities, but they’re defined by the people we get to do the work with. You made the late nights lighter, the tough problems solvable, and the victories sweeter.
