NEAddiX 2.0 - The Next Generation of Our Additive Dosing System In 2017, we introduced our additive dosing system for the powder coating industry, setting new standards for powder coating quality and additive consumption. More than 100 NEAddiX units delivered worldwide reflect the high level of confidence powder coating manufacturers have in the system and its performance. Based on extensive practical experience, the proven NEAddiX concept has now been further developed. The goal was to maintain its excellent process characteristics like homogeneous additive distribution, reproducible quality, and low additive consumption without any changes. Our NEAddiX 2.0 upgrade, which focuses on optimizing operation and system handling, has been available since May. The underlying process technology was left unchanged but structurally improved. A key development goal was the optimization of the blending shutter. The objectives were: -   significantly reduced maintenance and cleaning requirements -   further increased operational reliability -   prevention of deposits and potential contamination zones The result is a more robust, low-maintenance system that integrates even better into the demands of everyday production in the powder coating industry and delivers more efficiency while maintaining consistent quality and consumption.
