Our electrolyzers are built on a standardized core engineering platform tailored to each application’s operating requirements, including site-specific variables such as ambient conditions. Whether operating on grid-connected power or intermittent renewable energy, the systems deliver reliable performance across a wide range of operating conditions and duty cycles. These systems are produced with local packaging and manufacturing partners, enabling “Made in the USA” solutions with a proven regional supply chain. Example: A NEA|HYTRON 1 MW containerized PEM electrolyzer is being deployed to California to supply hydrogen for fuel cell bus operations. The system is Buy America compliant, engineered in Katy, Texas and manufactured in the Houston area. At a time when the role of renewables is under increased scrutiny, this project contributes to scaling fuel cell mobility in bus fleets. That’s one of its strongest use cases.
