A thoughtful article from Jane Sarasohn-Kahn on a topic that is increasingly shaping the future of healthcare: trust. As healthcare becomes more digital, connected, and AI-enabled, technology itself is not the destination. Trust is. Jane highlights four critical drivers of trust identified by Deloitte: • Humanity • Transparency • Capability • Reliability What resonated most with me is the idea that trust should be viewed as an operational capability rather than simply a sentiment. Trust can be designed, measured, and managed. This perspective aligns closely with the work underway across healthcare interoperability initiatives, CMS-aligned Networks, TEFCA, and HL7 FAST. The standards and infrastructure we build are ultimately about enabling trusted relationships between patients, providers, payers, and the organizations that support them. Thank you, Jane Sarasohn-Kahn, for continuing to challenge our industry to think beyond technology and focus on the human factors that ultimately determine adoption, engagement, and outcomes. https://lnkd.in/gnyvTYEf #Trust #HealthcareInnovation #Interoperability #DigitalHealth #PatientExperience #CMSAlignedNetworks #FHIR #HL7FAST
