What happens when Finnish pine meets woven rugs from Kinna, Sweden? Something bigger than products, and a transformed café in Copenhagen during 3daysofdesign. One of the most rewarding parts of building NOD - Network of Design has been seeing how strong independent brands can create value together without losing their identity. At NOD, synergies are not about forced integration. They come from shared culture, trust, complementary strengths and a genuine willingness to collaborate. Today we see this every day across the group: 🤝Shared sales channels and customer relationships 🤝Cross-brand exhibitions and design events 🤝Shared commercial organizations between brands in selected markets 🤝Cross-learning between D2C, retail, contract and hospitality 🤝Stronger storytelling together around Nordic design and craftsmanship What has worked especially well is that the synergies have developed organically between entrepreneurial companies that speak the same design and business language. The ambition has never been to make the brands the same. The ambition is to make each brand stronger through the network.
