When 1,200 Applications Meet AI A few weeks ago, Neticca posted a 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 role on Naukri.com. Within two days, over 1,200 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 poured in. That’s every recruiter’s dream and also their biggest challenge. Behind those numbers were countless resumes, different formats, and skillsets that don’t always tell the full story. The system didn’t just look for keywords; it understood 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆. It even analyzed GitHub links, portfolio mentions, and descriptive summaries. This model evaluates resumes based on six factors, transforming 1,200 applications into a shortlist of 15 strong candidates ready for HR review. The result was clear.
