𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝘀 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗚𝗮𝗽 For the past two years, most conversations around AI have focused on technology. Which models to use, which tools to adopt, and how quickly teams can implement them. Those questions are important, but they are no longer the most pressing challenge. At Neticca, we're seeing a different problem emerge. As organizations accelerate 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 is struggling to keep pace. Many teams now have access to powerful AI tools. Yet leaders are still trying to answer fundamental questions around 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗔𝗜 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, and 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 in an AI-enabled environment. Traditional management practices were not designed for a workplace where employees can automate tasks, augment decisions, and operate with significantly higher leverage. This is why we believe the next competitive advantage will not come from AI adoption alone. It will come from leaders who can redesign 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀, establish clear 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀, and create 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 that allow people and AI to work effectively together. The 𝗔𝗜 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗴𝗮𝗽 gets most of the attention. The 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗴𝗮𝗽 may prove far more consequential.
