Today, reports are generated instantly, meetings are summarized automatically, and project updates surface in real time. Work that once consumed hours of managerial effort now takes seconds. That's creating an uncomfortable reality: 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲. If information is available to everyone, where does management create value? The answer isn't reporting.
