Nethermind is hiring an IT Department Lead, reporting to the CIO. The threat model includes supply-chain and state-actor scenarios. Nethermind has built on Ethereum since 2017, with 200+ engineers and an execution client on roughly 25% of the network's nodes. You'll need 5+ years leading infrastructure or platform teams, depth in IAM, FinOps, and security, and the ability to turn SOC2 and ISO 27001 into controls people follow. Self-hosted, sovereign infrastructure is a plus. Remote worldwide.
