Claude Sonnet 5 launched today. Anthropic calls it their most autonomous Sonnet release yet: it can finish complex tasks end-to-end and check its own work without being asked. More autonomy is good news for velocity. It also raises a harder question for founders, COOs, and CTOs: as AI agents act instead of just assist, who is still accountable for what ships, in code, design, QA, or project delivery? At NetForemost, this is how we think about AI-native delivery: use AI to move faster, but keep human ownership over quality, release readiness, and the final decision. If your teams are adopting tools like this, the real question is not what AI can do. It's who holds the key to what goes live. Source in comments.
