New Job Opportunity 📣 Job Title: Key Account Specialist - Commercial Sectors Department: Sales Location: Amman, Jordan Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth across assigned accounts. Monitor customer service performance and ensure timely and effective service delivery. Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring quick resolution and continuous improvement. Identify non-compliance issues, report them to management, and recommend corrective actions. Conduct regular customer visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and optimal display standards. Follow up with newly acquired accounts to ensure successful onboarding and early-stage performance. Coordinate closely with routing and operations teams to ensure customers are served according to agreed schedules. Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the key account portfolio. Track and analyze account performance, providing insights and action plans for both new and existing customers. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the commercial sectors(Banking, Insurance, telecommunications, etc) Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Highly organized with strong follow-up abilities.
