But after engaging with a non-profit organisation specialised in professional and social integration, I realised I could do more. I started asking myself: Am I doing enough to create spaces that work for everyone?” Sarah is one of the minds behind the recent renovation of Nestlé Research in Vers-chez-les-Blanc, Switzerland. Every space was designed to be barrier-free, ensuring that every part of the facility is easily accessible. “Inclusion is not only a mindset. It’s also about how we design spaces where people feel comfortable, by making sure every need is considered. After the renovation, colleagues came to thank our team.
