15 years ago, we made a commitment to the farmers at the heart of our #cocoa supply chain and the communities they support: to help close the living income gap and reduce child labor risk. The Nestlé Income Accelerator (IAP) was built on that belief. By combining direct cash incentives with training and household support, the program helps cocoa-farming families in Côte d'Ivoire and Ghana build something lasting that benefits the land and their livelihoods. Today, around 45,000 families are participating. Cocoa incomes are up +190% vs. 2022. Women's empowerment has more than doubled.
