As South Africa 🇿🇦 celebrates Father's Day, we're honouring hundreds of dads who are part of our Nestlé ESAR team. 👨🌍 Fatherhood looks different for everyone. For some of our team, like Reuben and Atlegang, it's watching their kids take their first steps. For others, like Rovalan Kistan with Tyson or Mpho Lebambo with Max, it's the quiet loyalty of a furry best friend. 🐶 Regardless of who you're parenting, you know what it means to show up every day. The early wake-ups, the worry, the pride, the mess, the moments you wouldn't trade for anything. Our message to you? You shouldn't have to choose between being there for them and building your career. Across ESAR, fathers are supported through paid parental leave, flexible working arrangements and, where available, on-site childcare: recognising that the most meaningful impact happens at home.
