By 2030, one in six people in the world will be aged 60 or older, and many adults spend around nine years in poor health later in life. This is why Nestlé and Nanyang Technological University Singapore have launched a research partnership focused on healthy longevity and women’s health. The collaboration will generate science on how nutrition influences biological processes linked to aging, informing solutions that address metabolism, mobility, sleep, and the menopausal transition. It will also explore emerging science on how targeted nutrition may influence the pace of aging. This partnership supports Nestlé’s efforts to translate scientific insights into science‑based products and services that help people enjoy more years in good health. For example, earlier this year we introduced Nestlé Vital, a range of great‑tasting drinks with clinically proven, science‑based nutritional blends to support adults from midlife onwards.
