CEO transition: Frédéric Prince to succeed Christian Loss   The Board of Directors of Neovii Pharmaceuticals welcomes Frédéric Prince PhD, as the company’s new CEO, effective January 1st, 2026. Frédéric joins Neovii from Roche, where he most recently served as Head of Strategy and Acting Chief of Staff to the Head of Oncology within Roche’s Pharma Research and Early Development (pRED) organization.   Prior to this, he led diverse development programs at Roche. Previously, Frédéric held significant leadership roles at bluebird bio, overseeing both R&D functions and serving as General Manager in France. He also spent over a decade at Novartis Oncology, working across the U.S., Switzerland, Italy, and France.   Frédéric holds a PhD in Molecular Genetics and a Master’s degree in Cell Biology from the Biozentrum at the University of Basel.   The Board is confident that Frédéric’s expertise and vision will drive Neovii’s continued success.   At the same time, the Board would like to extend its heartfelt thanks to Dr. Christian Loss for his decades of dedication and tremendously successful leadership of the company.
