A new architectural presence for a residential building in San Sebastián. In Spain’s Basque Country, the renovation of this distinctive residential building transforms its urban presence through Neolith Basalt Black Satin, applied across more than 500 m² of facade and roof intervention. More than a visual update, the project required a highly tailored technical solution. Neolith’s HC-R system, combined with the VM system in specific cantilevered areas, made it possible to respond to the building’s different planes, junctions, and structural conditions while preserving a clean, coherent architectural expression. This renovation brings together safety, durability, and design with remarkable elegance. A lightweight, high-performance envelope that enhances the building’s identity and brings a renewed sense of continuity to the urban landscape of the city. 📍 San Sebastián, Basque Country, Spain Architecture: Borja Llop Chocarro General contractor: TEUSA Tecnicas de Restauracion, S.A.
