Encouraging young talent and helping the next generation of women imagine themselves in scientific and technical careers, and perhaps one day joining our industry. We hope so! In recent weeks, Nemera had the pleasure of meeting brilliant young talents through its collaboration with Rêv'Elles, an association dedicated to inspiring, motivating, and supporting young women aged 13 to 20 from underserved neighborhoods as they build confidence and shape their future. Together, we took part in two meaningful moments alongside the association: 👉 Our team joined the Rêv’Elles Ton Potentiel jury as role models, offering positive, constructive, and encouraging feedback to young girls on their personal and professional project pitches after a full week of work on self-confidence and self-awareness. 👉 We also welcomed 20 young participants to our La Verpillière site for a presentation of Nemera, a visit to our clean room, and a hands-on manual assembly workshop around one of our products. What made these moments truly special was the quality of the conversations, the openness of the exchanges, and the energy shared throughout the day. These enriching moments give meaning to our daily work and to our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion. Because supporting confidence, ambition, and equal opportunities can make a real difference.
